- For Claims on incomplete or damaged orders: The Claim must be made within 72 hours from the date of delivery to the recipient or date of return to the Seller.
- Claims for damaged items where the delivery of the item has been fulfilled as evidenced by a duly acknowledged proof of delivery (POD) from our partner courier is generally not accepted; such claims will be settled by the Seller directly with the Buyer.
- For Claims on Undelivered orders where the package is still In-Transit, except if confirmed as Return-To-Sender (RTS) orders, this must be filed within the 20th to the 30th day from pick-up date or drop-off should be You shall have ten (10) days from the last day of the 50-day period to file a Claim.
