You will need to provide the following: pick up receipt (for the Seller), screenshot of the order page with the tracking information; photo of the damaged item/s received by the buyer.
- The claimant can file a Claim email to customercare@gogoxpress.com by sending the following information:
- Reason for Claim
- Tracking Number
- Delivery Commencement Date
- Attach applicable supporting documents:
- Pick up receipt
- Screenshot of the order page with the tracking information
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging in all angles
- Others documents as needed
GoGo Xpress reserves the right to require additional documents and/or information that are necessary in the proper evaluation of the claim.
