Compliance with Laws & Regulations
Merchants represent and warrant that all shipments comply with applicable laws and regulations relating to the nature, condition, packaging, handling, storage, and transportation of the goods. This includes securing all required documentation, licenses, and permits for the circulation and delivery of shipment contents.
Merchants shall not dispatch, and Rider Partners are authorized to refuse transport of, any illegal, prohibited, dangerous, hazardous, radioactive, perishable, or otherwise restricted items.
Merchants shall be fully liable for any loss, damage, injury, expense, or claim (including but not limited to physical damage, financial loss, personal injury, or third-party claims) arising from a breach of these Terms.
Alcohol, Tobacco, High-Value Items & Live Goods
Merchants shall not ship alcohol or tobacco products where prohibited by applicable laws or regulations. Where permitted by law, the shipment of such items shall be at the Merchant’s sole responsibility.
The following items are strictly prohibited for delivery:
High-value jewelry exceeding PHP 20,000 in declared value
Live animals
Inspection & Special Goods
Rider Partners shall not be required to open, inspect, or verify the contents of any shipment. GoGo Xpress and its Rider Partners shall not be responsible for the handling or transportation of special, sensitive, or regulated goods unless expressly agreed in advance.
GoGo Xpress and Rider Partners shall bear no liability arising from the transportation of shipments, except as expressly provided under applicable laws or insurance coverage.
Packaging Requirements
Merchants are solely responsible for ensuring that all shipments are securely and adequately packaged to withstand normal transportation conditions.
All shipments must be packed in a manner that:
Prevents removal of contents without visible damage to the packaging
Protects items from damage caused by force, pressure, vibration, or impact during transit
Sharp, Fragile & Modular Items
Items with sharp or protruding edges must be sufficiently cushioned or wrapped to prevent injury, damage to other items, or damage to containers.
Items with removable or modular components must be packaged separately where necessary to prevent damage.
Items that cannot be boxed or containerized must be properly wrapped with protective materials such as foam, bubble wrap, or air pillows.
Water, Moisture & Temperature-Sensitive Items
Items sensitive to water or moisture must be packaged with appropriate waterproofing. Merchants must not select vehicle types or services that naturally expose items to water or moisture.
Items requiring temperature control must be placed in insulated packaging or transported using vehicles with adequate cooling or air-conditioning.
GoGo Xpress does not guarantee temperature-controlled or protective transport for perishable or temperature-sensitive items. Any such shipments are accepted entirely at the Merchant’s risk, even if optional protective services are offered by Rider Partners.
Risk Acknowledgment
By booking a Same-Day or Instant Delivery service, the Merchant acknowledges and accepts all risks associated with the transportation of their shipments in accordance with these Terms.
Merchant Reminders
To ensure smooth same-day fulfillment, please take note of the following reminders:
Book early!
All SDD bookings must be created on or before 1:00 PM for same-day delivery.
Orders booked past cutoff will be automatically tagged for next-day delivery.
Confirm customer availability.
Please remind your buyers to be available to receive orders between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM.
For gated villages, offices, or buildings, ensure delivery access and contact details are complete.
Provide accurate order details.
Double-check addresses, contact numbers, and landmarks before booking.
Incomplete or incorrect details may cause delivery delays or failed attempts.
Use GGX-approved pouches and packaging.
All items should fit securely inside GGX pouches with proper labeling.
Fragile, perishable, or restricted items will not be accepted for same-day delivery.
Be responsive to disposition updates.
If a customer is unreachable, GGX will notify you within the day.
Please assist in contacting your buyer to avoid redelivery fees.
Plan for returns and redeliveries.
Failed deliveries may be returned to you the next day or
redelivered (with an additional delivery fee).
