If the customer is unavailable:
- The rider will attempt delivery within the day and contact the customer.
- If the customer is unreachable, GoGo Xpress will notify the merchant for assistance.
Options for failed deliveries:
- Return to merchant (next day), or
- Hold at GGX hub for redelivery (next day, subject to additional fees)
Who do I contact for SDD-related issues?
Merchants are assigned an account manager and immediate access to hub operations as part of Same-Day Delivery Xclusive for any booking, disposition, or redelivery concerns.
