For Merchants
Merchants can view and manage all Same-Day Delivery orders in the Transactions tab of the GoGo Xpress app or web platform. Each order includes tracking details that can be shared with buyers.
For Buyers
Buyers receive SMS notifications once their order is dispatched. The message includes:
- A tracking link
- Real-time rider location
- Rider contact details
