When your plate shows the status “We are now locating your plate number,” it means that the Land Transportation Office (LTO) is currently verifying and matching your official plate number in their central database.
Once your plate is validated and ready for release, it will be forwarded to us (GoGo Xpress/ delivery partner) for delivery to your registered address.
The processing time for this step may vary depending on LTO’s internal validation and the availability of your plate number. Please note that we have no control over the duration of this process.
Rest assured that we will proceed with delivery immediately once your plate is endorsed to us. You will also receive an SMS notification once your package is ready for delivery.
