ANNEX 16 GoGo Perks+ Policy

Capitalized terms used herein, where defined in the General Terms of Service, shall have the same meaning and definition as indicated therein.

The use of the term “Policy” in this Annex shall refer to this Annex.

  1. GoGo Xpress shall make available a Loyalty Feature that will be branded as GoGo Perks+ where You can earn points that can be used to claim rewards such as service related rewards “GC Credits” and other forms of GCs.
  2. GoGo Perks+ is open to all GoGo Xpress registered merchants, all merchants are automatically registered to the feature and will automatically gain points upon registration.
  3. To be part of GoGo Perks+, You will be required to create an Account with Us to access the feature on our app and website.
  4. The feature will consist of two loyalty tiers - BASIC and EXCLUSIVE; all merchants upon launch and/or upon registration will be part of the BASIC program and will be upgraded to EXCLUSIVE upon hitting 100 delivered transactions, customer loyalty tier will be fixed and will not changes
  5. Points can be earned by 
    1. completing tasks
      1. activities that will educate customers on products and features of the product
      2. usage of the platform
      3. achieving desired behavior of customersRewards that can be redeemed vary from service related rewards, business solutions, non-service rewards or cash rebates. 
    2. Success deliveries
    3. Special tasks on special occasions like Christmas, 12.12 sale and the likes
  6. Points can be boosted “doubled points” every time customer hits healthy performance.
    1. Scores based on Pickup Efficiency
    2. Scores based on Delivery Efficiency
    3. Scores based on Merchant Rating
  7. Rewards and benefits can be earned or redeemed depending on customer level and performance
    1. Basic customers is limited to avail rewards worth P200 listed in the system
    2. Exclusive customers can also redeem rewards worth P200
    3. Exclusive will also have a tiered price discount after achieving delivery targets
  8. Counter for tiered discount will refresh every month.
  9. GoGo Express reserves the right to modify, suspend, or deny access to this program due to unauthorized, improper, or illegal use of rewards or of the service any time without prior notice.

Term & Conditions 

  • All customers registered to GoGo Xpress will automatically be part of the new feature.
  • Customers need to complete tasks or challenges and successful deliveries to earn the points.
  • Once a customer completes the task on or with successful delivery, he or she will be awarded points.
  • All earned points are accessible in the “GoGo Perks+” section of the page.
  • Earned points will be credited and reflected real time.
  • After reaching 100 points Basic customers will automatically be upgraded to Exclusive tier
  • Earned points can be exchanged to different rewards options that will also be displayed in the app.
  • Rewards will change depending on the availability of vouchers in the system
  • QUADX reserves the right to deny, suspend, or modify the program due to unauthorized, improper or illegal use of the vouchers and privileges under the program at any given time without prior notice.
