Which payment methods do you support?

At GGX, we offer both cash and cashless payment methods to give you greater flexibility and convenience.

💵 Cash Payments

You can pay in cash for the following services:

• Cash On Delivery (COD) – Pay in cash when your parcel is delivered.

• Pay Upon Pick-up (PUP) – Hand over the payment when you pick up your parcel.

💳 Cashless Payments via GCash

For hassle-free, digital transactions, you can pay using GCash in two ways:

✅ 1. GCash Wallet

Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to pay using your GCash Wallet on GGX:

1. Enter complete delivery information
   Make sure all pick-up and delivery details are accurate and complete.

2. Click “View Payment Details”
   This will appear in the booking summary before you confirm your order.

3. Select “I will shoulder the fees”
   You need to select this option to access cashless payment methods, including GCash.

4. Choose “GCash Wallet” as your payment method
   Click this to proceed with paying via GCash Wallet.

5. Click “Confirm”

   You will be redirected to Gcash page where in you will need to login to your Gcash account and the payment will be deducted from your GCash Wallet.

6. Wait for the confirmation message
   You will receive a confirmation from both GCash and GGX once your transaction is successful.

✅ 2. GCash Scan QR

1. How to Pay Using GCash Scan QR on GGX

   Follow this step-by-step guide to pay for your GGX transaction using GCash Scan QR:

   1. Enter complete delivery information
      Ensure all pick-up and delivery details are accurate and complete.

   2. Click “View Payment Details”
      This option will appear in the booking summary before confirming your order.

   3. Select “I will shoulder the fees”
      You need to select this to enable cashless payment methods, including GCash.

   4. Choose “GCash Scan QR” as your payment method.

   5. Click “Confirm” to finalize the booking.

   6. Wait for the pick-up rider to arrive
      The QR code will only be available once the GGX pick-up rider arrives at your location.

   7. Scan the GGX rider’s QR code using your GCash app
      Open the GCash app and tap the “Scan QR” feature.

   8. Enter the amount to be paid
      Make sure the amount matches the total booking fee.

   9. Confirm and tap “Pay”
      Once payment is complete, both you and the rider will receive confirmation.
